A&A Assisted living provides excellent care with a truly compassionate staff. Amy and her caregivers are attentive, professional, and kind, making residents feel supported every step of the way. As a Third party service provider who has worked in many residential care facilities, I can confidently say that A&A stands out as one of the best. The caregivers here are not only professional, but truly compassionate and attentive to each resident's needs. I've witnessed countless moments of genuine kindness — from patiently assisting with meals and other needs to comforting residents and always advocate for the residents’ comfort and dignity. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, home-like feel — something that makes a big difference for families. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to families looking for a trustworthy, caring, and collaborative environment for their loved ones.

We couldn’t be happier with the warm home environment Amy has created at A&A. The house sits in a quiet foothills setting amid horse ranches and half-acre properties. It’s been carefully remodeled to suit the needs of the older residents. The front house is where the residents live while the rear residence is for the owner’s family, so you get great comfort in knowing someone will be always on hand for your loved one. The single and double rooms are spacious and spotless. The daily upkeep is always impeccable. The caregiver-to-resident ratio is spot-on. The food items are really well prepared and take into consideration the personal tastes and health considerations of the residents. All those are great reasons to consider this place for your loved one. But Amy and her family are what makes this place special. She is such a wonderful, warm person who cares deeply for the people under her roof. She treats them like her own family. She celebrates resident’s birthdays and makes them feel special. She provides games and activities to keep them mentally active. She is a stickler for routine, regulations and proper care, and that makes us feel very comfortable about the level of care our aunt is getting. And our aunt loves it there. We are so happy to provide a positive review here because our experiences over the last three years have been enormously positive.

My mother was at A & A Assisted Living Homes from Mid-May 2023 to July 1, 2024. In all the time that she was there l never had to worry or wonder if she was getting adequate care. Amy is extremely well organized and is very detail oriented. The house is immaculate and the grounds are well secured. When she brings in someone new she makes sure that the person is amicable and gets along well with others. The help that she hires are friendly, knowledgeable, and they all treat the residents like family. There are three home cooked meals daily and snacks. Weather permitting, the residents are taken outside to one of three covered patios. Everyone is remembered on their birthdays and are treated very special. That applies to holidays as well. Several times a year they have a barbecue outdoors with live music and dancing. Most importantly though is that Amy kept a close eye on my mother and when she needed help Amy was always on top of it and informed me immediately. As it happened, my mother had been ill for a few days and Amy called for an ambulance. She was taken to the hospital where Amy stayed with her until 1:00 a.m. at which time she got a room. She was in the hospital for about two weeks before she passed away at 102. They went to visit my mom several times during that time. They always went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this board and care.

As of the time of this review, our mom has lived at A&A Assisted Living for approximately four months. Without hesitation we would recommend A&A Assisted Living to anyone looking for a safe, clean and well run assisted living facility for a family member or loved one. The exterior grounds are extremely well maintained with an obvious sense of pride and care. There is more than one area outside where the residents can sit and enjoy the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The inside is welcoming, immaculate and also well maintained and designed with the safety and comfort of the residents a priority. The owners and all the caregivers are professional but with an obvious sense of caring for all the residents, who they treat like respected and esteemed family members. We feel very fortunate to have found A&A Assisted Living for our mom. We know she is getting the attention and care she needs and deserves.
