I am a client of 1st Choice Home Care and I have 2 personal care care assistants that come in to help me with my daily living. I can’t say enough good things about them. They are prompt, professional, and so very friendly. They work hard and keep my place looking beautiful. They feel like family to me. I would feel lost without them. The office calls to check on me and to make sure I am happy with my caregivers. They are always so friendly and caring. I feel very lucky to have chosen 1st Choice as my in-home care provider. Won’t ever switch from them! Thank You, 1st Choice for your awesome service!

I have never been happier than I am now that I’m working for 1st Choice Home Care. They truly care about their clients and their staff. They pay a living wage and provide a super-friendly, team-oriented environment to build a career in, which in turn, makes the staff want to do their very best at taking care of their clients. They provide continuous monthly training to keep staff educated and current on healthcare and caregiving skills. I honestly can’t think of one bad thing about 1st Choice. I highly recommend them for clients as well as your next career choice if you’re thinking of getting into home care. You will be pleasantly surprised at how caring the staff is from the office personnel to your personal caregiver.

I absolutely love the company I work for. I love the staff and the teamwork they put into their work. They are very professional and proficient. They go above and beyond to make sure their clients and caregivers are happy and covered.

There is no continuity with staff. In the past two years alone, total staff turnover happened three times! Each time i have to start again with new employees & paperwork, which is quite stressful. As well, there is zero caregiver continuity. This total lack of continuity of care has greatly dimished my quality of life.
