Memory Care

Person-Centered Programming

Our unique, person-centered program fosters an atmosphere in which each resident’s individuality, abilities, potential skills and self-esteem are encouraged and celebrated. Features include:

•    Activities to promote structure and alleviate confusion and disorientation caused by the dementia disease process

Holistic Approach to Care

Interdisciplinary staff members receive specific training in the dementia disease process. They also participate in ongoing education in the latest therapeutic approaches for encouraging individuality and accommodating behavior changes that often accompany cognitive deficits.

Skilled Nursing Care
