The senior assisted living apartments have an innovative living concept. Each has a private bath and kitchenette in addition to a living room and bedroom. A variety of one- and two-bedroom floor plans are available to choose from. We provide health monitoring by an experienced full-time Registered Nurse, medication management, and trained caregivers are available 24 hours a day to provide compassionate care. Our assisted living communities are also equipped to address early memory care needs, working to maintain activity and engagement as much and for as long as is comfortable for our resident. When more advanced memory or dementia care needs arise, our continuum of care also involves specialized memory care facilities, such as Residence by Rennes or our dedicated dementia care wing at Rennes Health & Rehab Center – Peshtigo East.
