About Us

Maywood Terrace Living Center is a small community based skilled nursing facility in Northwest Independence. We have an all female locked memory care unit that specializes in caring for the special needs of ladies with Alzheimers, dementia and related disorders. We also offer Skilled nursing as well as long term care. We have recently made some updates to our facility, so please come by and have a look!

At Maywood Terrace Living Center, our neighbors do not live in our workplace, we work in their homes and are blessed to do so. We offer long-term units and therapy units, each offering a variety of amenities and services. Our center is a family-friendly environment and our staff is compassionate and dedicated to our neighbors.
