Del Monte Assisted Living & Memory Care has refined the art of creating a space for individuals who need assistance with ADLs in a non-medical setting. We offer individually tailored programs for Assisted Living, Transitional Memory Care, Memory Care, Hospice, and Respite Care. Each program is formed to fit the lifestyle of each resident!

Assisted living helps residents maintain a fair degree of independence while simultaneously receiving assistance with daily chores (like showering/ bathing, medication management, meals, and getting dressed).
Our assisted living program is designed to give our residents 24-hour care when they need it. Our staff is here to support our residents with their daily needs like housekeeping, meal prep, and medication management so they can be free to live life to its fullest and enjoy all the amenities we have to offer!
Each resident will have a care plan that is tailored to their likes and needs, but will all have access to:
• 24/7 care staff who are passionate about our residents. They treat our residents like family and are always there to help and support with activities of daily living • Individually decorated, fully furnished, state of the art rooms and buildings (though we encourage residents to decorate with their own belongings to make their space feel like home!) • Daily activities, holiday celebrations, and planned off-site excursions • Housekeeping, laundry, transportation to and from Doctors appointments • Access to the library, salon, gym, and multiple dining rooms and outdoor patios • Delectable meals prepared by executive chef and snacks throughout the day • Complimentary phone, WiFi, and TV in room

Respite
Enjoy a home away from home! Whether you’re with us for a week or a year, you’ll have the time of your life!
Our respite care program provides a comforting, safe environment for our residents who need a temporary place to call home. Often, residents take advantage of this program in order to give their at-home caregivers a break
Caregiver burnout is a very real occurrence, and Del Monte understands the importance of balancing caring for your loved one and caring for yourself.
Residents in our respite programs will receive all of the care and amenities provided to whichever level of care program they require. Enjoy all of the beautiful grounds, activities, amenities, and community for as short or as long as needed!
Hospice services are offered to patients who are going through their last stages of life. During this difficult time, the focus is on keeping pain under control and on making this period of their life as fulfilling and as meaningful as possible.
The ALW was created to help seniors with disabilities, health-related services, and/or low incomes access affordable housing in an Assisted Living environment, which in turn helps those who would otherwise be institutionalized to live in a more comfortable community environment and have a better quality of life.
