Assisted Living Foundation of America (ALFA) is a 501c3 nonprofit corporation whose mission is to provide low income housing for seniors and families. ALFA strives to develop high-quality, service and amenity-enriched affordable housing for low-income families and individuals. The company has acquired, developed and operated close to 2,000 units of affordable housing, and ALFA currently owns and operates 8 low‐income housing projects nationally, totaling over 1,000 units.
