Antioch Rivertown Senior Housing is a 50 apartment affordable community for seniors located close to downtown Antioch. Built in 1993 by Antioch Rivertown Senior Housing to house very low-income seniors ages 62 and over, it offers two distinctive living styles. The main building offers an electronically controlled entry and convenient underground parking. Behind the main building, clustered bungalows provide privacy along landscaped pathways which lead to the Dozier Community Room and outdoor seating near the attractive fountain and flowering fruit trees.
