Memory Care

Advantage’s Journey’s Program supports people with dementia, including Alzheimer’s Disease.  Our specialized programming focuses on strengths and uses principles from the Montessori model to tap into individual capabilities to help our residents participate in meaningful life activities. and become an active part of the community.  We understand your concerns about safety and have systems in place for security to keep you or your loved one safe, while helping each and every resident lead a life of purpose.

Our memory care units are designed to support the individual person through the process of the disease. We also have support programs for families. We partner with the Alzheimer’s Association to develop programming, support groups, and more to provide the best care we can.

Assisted Living

As a health care alternative, we combine independent living with personal care in a warm, community setting. Each resident’s lifestyle and preferences are incorporated into the living arrangements and the care provided in their personal space.
