The nurses here sure do like to run their mouths about things they know nothing about like making me wait all day for a 15 min GI procedure without any updates from doctors at all. I had to start asking questions....the attending came back with the GI team could possibly do it at 4:30 this afternoon...ok so I'll just starve to death while I'm already 50 lbs underweight because the ER and others ignored these issues for so long.<br>patients are the lab rats since I wasn't the one who pushed for this to happen, the docs said it needed to happen again. Now they're all blaming me for it like I have some control over just how inconsiderate & clueless these people really are. Alot need to be reported honestly , this place has the potential to be really unsafe for people!!! These nurses are all so different, I could hardly get one to call nutrition services.<br>Seriously BEWARE....they're concern isnt sincere!

Crazy doctors! Why are doctors giving political statements while on the clock and hospital property? Just focus on medicine vice having emotional debates.

I received prompt and congenial help from a Doctor at Zuckerberg General Hospital Trauma Center. They deserve all due appreciation there, and also a great 'thank you!' from all of our communities here in San Francisco for the ER service the General Hospital provides for us. So, thank you to all of the Zuckerberg General Hospital Emergency Room staff and Doctors!

I accompanied someone to the ER recently and was shocked in witnessing a young hired security service employee shouting at a man because in waiting in line he was standing a foot off "the blue carpet." The man and nurses looked at the emotionally disturbed employee but he kept shouting. The man shook his head in utter disbelief and walked out. I asked the head nurse about the security guard's involvement in a non security matter. She said what security sub-contracted employees do on the hospital property is of no concern to the hospital! The hospital administration is not responsible, she said, but of course it is responsible for conduct of even sub-contracted employees on the property. That hospital ought to be sued, and thus informed by a judge that harassment of even potential customers by even sub-contracted employees is not acceptable on the hospital's property and that the administration can be held responsible for the behavior on the property. The hospital appears to run its ER as if it were an airport, securitywise, with TSA agents. Not standing on a piece of carpet in an ER is not a violation of LAW.
