It’s taking me a while to write this post. My mother was with Zions way for about two weeks before she passed away. we were told when we put her with Zions way that it would be an extra support system. They came in twice a week. Her wound needed changing one day they came in because I asked them to come in to do it. They wanted to wait.Michelle her nurse was not very kind and easy to work with. As it got closer to her passing away, we were told they would be there more frequent. They were not the day she passed away. The nurse came in and checked with me. Had an appointment said she would be back, never called or checked on me and our family she came back after my mom passed away at 6 PM in the evening and said what’s up when she came into the room. Please do your homework before you pick a facility or a hospice center to take care of your loved ones. I hope this post helps someone else from making the same mistake that I made with my mom by putting her with Zions Way

Zions Home Healthcare was amazing. After my surgery, which was very difficult, their team came to my home and provided both physical therapy and healthcare services. They were always prompt, professional, and incredibly personable. Their support made a big difference in my recovery, and I truly appreciated how helpful and caring they were throughout the process.

We called Zion’s Way Home Health and Hospice to take care of my Dad. They did an amazing job. My family felt so much peace and relief knowing he was in good hands. He looked forward to their visits and he felt safe in their care. Their staff really made him feel like they cared about him and his individual needs. Losing a parent is one of life’s hardest challenges, I am so grateful we had such a loving and caring company to get us through the last few weeks we had with our Dad.❤️

Zion's Way Home Health & Hospice was amazing with My Mom., after we had a not so good experience with another company. Zion's Way treated My Mom and me with the utmost respect as my Mom finished her life's journey. Our nurse was here and supported me through the end the morning my Mom passed. Our nurse Shalee was very kind and gentle with both of us. I also want to acknowledge our aid Kena that helped me with keeping my Mom clean and comfortable. She was so cute with my Mom, my Mom actually grew to love both Kena and Shalee. Thank You Zion's Way, you were a blessing to us.

Zions Way is amazing to work with. Chris is such an awesome physical therapist! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and truly cares about getting you back to feeling good and achieving your goals. His communication was above and beyond. He always was prompt with texting back when I had questions and setting up appointments. He was never late. Always on time. Never made me feel like he was rushed to get on to his next appointment for the day. Took time to answer all my questions and make me feel like I am the priority. Thanks again!
