Been here over 2 years and love it! Martina, the manager, called me the moment she got my maintennance request, Arturo, the maintennance man, came up within minutes and they had the HVAC team from Archie's out here, two very polite and friendly guys, who fixed the furnace in minutes. First class operation. Thank you all for your excellent work!

1. Maintenance on A/C - Refrigerant replaced successfully. So far unit is working properly. 5 Stars here 2. Request for repairing Shower valve also completed successfully. Good job!

The maintenance man is very efficient at fixing all mechanical and electrical problems. It's a social place with various activities: cornhole, bible study, bingo , holiday parties and more. The only thing that concerns me is that I sometimes don't get a close parking spot.

I really like living here, when I'm not working there's always something for me to do without getting in my vehicle. The neighbors are nice and welcoming.
