My father in law stayed here and he had an amazing experience. He was treated with the upmost respect. The nurses were all kind and compassionate. His meds were distributed properly and his physical therapy worked amazingly! I recommend this facility for anyone looking for their family member to be in a safe, kind, and professional environment!

Our family had three loved ones cared for at Yuba City Care Center, and we are truly grateful for the compassion and kindness the staff showed every step of the way. The nurses and caregivers treated our family members with dignity, patience, and genuine care during some very difficult times. The staff always kept us informed, welcomed us warmly, and made sure our loved ones were comfortable and respected. It gave our family so much peace knowing they were in caring hands. My grandpa was there for some time & the care he received was exceptional. I was very pleased by the staff and cleanliness of the facility over all. Every time I came to visit, my grandpa was always in good spirits and was happy which made me feel overwhelmed with joy. Staff were always checking in on him and patient care was definitely a 10 star. I recommend the Yuba City Post Acute to anyone searching for that perfect fit! The team works closely with patients on a 1:1 basis, giving personalized attention that really helps individuals regain strength and confidence. Their focused approach makes a noticeable difference in helping patients progress efficiently and return home in a timely manner. A special mention goes to Adriana in Social Services. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and dedicated to her work. Adriana goes above and beyond to ensure each patient has a safe and smooth discharge plan, and her compassion truly shines through in everything she does. We also deeply appreciate their partnership with Comfort Keepers, a locally owned company that provides 1:1 in-home care. This collaboration allows seniors to transition home with a solid safety plan in place, giving families peace of mind and patients the support they need to thrive. I’m very grateful for the care my grandpa received at Yuba City Post Acute. The staff was kind, attentive, and made our family feel at ease knowing he was being well taken care of.
