The facility is always spotless, consistently clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, which makes such a difference for both residents and visitors.
The entire staff is incredibly friendly, approachable, and accommodating. You can tell they genuinely care, and that kind of environment doesn’t happen by accident. Chantal runs a tight ship, but in the best possible way. Her leadership shows in every detail: the staff is engaged, the building is immaculate, and most importantly, the residents are happy and well cared for.
Alisse is another standout. She is exceptionally kind and compassionate, and she meets people where they are. Moving into senior living can be an emotional process, and she handles it with such grace, guiding families every step of the way without ever making it feel transactional or like a “sale.” That level of sincerity is rare and deeply appreciated.
Emily also does an amazing job keeping the community vibrant. She’s always organizing activities and making sure residents stay engaged, active, and smiling. Her energy is contagious, and it clearly contributes to the overall happiness within the community.
I also really appreciate that Summerfield partners with locally owned businesses like Comfort Keepers to provide one-on-one care when needed. That kind of collaboration ensures residents can receive personalized support while staying in a place they love, and it speaks volumes about their commitment to comprehensive care.

I can’t say enough good things about Summerfield Senior Living! The community is beautiful and well-maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the people—especially Alisse. She is absolutely amazing. Her genuine care and compassion for the residents and their families shines through in everything she does. Alisse goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, supported, and valued. It’s clear she truly cares about this community, and it makes all the difference. If you're looking for a senior living option where your loved one will be treated with kindness and respect, I highly recommend Summerfield.
My mom stayed here, and although she wanted to be at her own home, this place was definitely what she needed! The staff were so caring and the food was amazing! She has now passed, but I still go there to see the friends my mom made there.
Summerfield is an absolutely phenomenal place for our beloved ones. What really warms me up about this place is the home-like atmosphere that wraps you right from the entrance.
It is clear that every single staff member is in love with what they are doing, driven by genuine care for residents and the community overall. It's amazing to see managerial figures who wear their hearts on their sleeves and who are so deeply invested in their work - it's not just a job for them, it's a passion. Chantal, the Executive Director, is such an amazing caring person. You can tell she loves her job, the residents, and the community.
Guess what? They serve the most fabulous food three times a day, along with super tasty snacks intermittently! Imagine home-cooked goodness, but at a gourmet standard, and you've basically got the meals they serve here! Chef Todd is just terrific at what he does.
And what about housekeeping? Well, they're brilliant - every corner of this place is clean as a whistle, and they do an amazing job. They ensure that everything sparkles to perfection!
The care directors, Gayle and Mary, are an A+ team in my books. I can go to them for anything. They are wonderful at their jobs and manage their staff to perfection.
But the cherry on the top has got to be the Activities program. Retail therapy outings, scenic drives that captivate the senses, rip-roaring outings that promise an adrenaline rush, chill happy hours, interactive senior socials, creatively stimulating games, invigorating exercise routines, and dazzling musical performances - it's all part of the package. And for those who relish in old favorites, you bet your boots there's Bingo... and not just once a week, multiple times! The program runs seven days a week, and it's packed with bucket loads of fun to keep them satisfied, cheerful, and on their toes!
So, without a shadow of a doubt, Summerfield gets a solid five stars from me. Heck, it's quite simply "THE Place to BE"!
This facility is the BEST assisted living care facility. There are many people with big hearts and true care in their blood. They seek to resolve situations as they may happen. I only wish family members would visit their loved ones more often, and help to be a more positive part of their residents experience here. Family is important, even moreso over the holidays. My wish is for all our residents and families to share a great holiday season.
