Our mother’s nurse care manager, Nina Worrell, has been a godsend. Living in states far away, we can’t imagine how we would navigate without her. Nina shows tremendous empathy and respect towards our mother and us, and we now think of her as our “third sister" as she helps us traverse this challenging path. Nina’s medical expertise coupled with her exceptionally warm, funny and caring personality should be an example for others to follow in the medical field and, more so, in life. She’s been our true north star in this journey. We highly recommend working with Nina - you’ll find no one better!

Our parents lived in FL, and neither my sister nor I lived nearby. We did not want our parents in a nursing home. Youthful Aging was contacted. Our parents spent their last 4 years in their care. As they slowly declined, we placed our trust in the agency staff members to meet their needs. We trusted the staff and case managers to consult with my sister and I to make decisions, from comfort care to responding to emergencies. There were differences between all of us, but they were usually dealt with appropriately. Nina Worrell, the case manager and health care coordinator, was with both of my parents until they left us. I was so glad that she was with them. There were many staff members who were like family to us. Brenda, Monique, Naisha, Eula, and so many other fine caregivers. I have not mentioned so many other caregivers; please forgive me for not mention your names. I thank everyone so very much for giving the best of yourselves to our parents the loving care which my sister and I were unable to at such a distance. Thank you to the entire Youthful Aging staff.
