This has nothing to do with the Agency or the care. It is about the Recuritor Daryon. She interviews you like you’re going for a position as a CIA. She asks crazy questions & grills you just to insult your intelligence. In general conversation I was letting her know I was certified in other states & as I’m sitting thee she’s looking me up & makes a comment & says “ I have to make sure you didn’t BEAT anyone in a different state & ran to Texas. The interview was very uncomfortable. She’s not even a nurse & think she knows it all. Worse interview experience in all my years.

This has been a wonderful experience. Cheryl is very knowledgeable about patients with cognitive dysfunction and understands the special care that is needed. All her caregivers are well trained and experienced with dementia patients. They were great while taking care of my dad and very patient and calming for his specific personality.

The caregivers, supervisors, office staff & the CEO were so wonderful & helpful. They provided great care for my mother. My family, & I couldn’t have taken care of our mom without their help, support, guidance & love. We will be forever grateful.

The care we received from Your’s First was high quality for both of my parents. Cheryl, Victoria, Jennifer, and Sylvia (all in management) were highly qualified and very caring supervisors who worked with us to ensure our specific needs were meet. They worked with us to find the right caregivers for my parents. They were also adept at identifying when my dad’s needs changed and recommended resources for whatever was needed. They also worked well with my parents AL facility and hospice. I highly recommend them for home care!

I am beyond grateful for the exceptional care and compassion shown to my father and grandmother by this incredible team. From the moment they walked in the door, I knew that they were in good hands. The staff have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met, making everyday life enjoyable. It's clear that every individual is treated with dignity and respect. I've had the pleasure of meeting multiple members of their staff, and each one has been kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of both my father and grandmother.
