My sister was in their care August-Oct. Facility was ok, had to share room because private room was OUTRAGEOUS. But place was clean. My problem with them is this-They told her her check was ready to be picked up, they provide drivers for $2.75. They took my totally wheelchair bound sister to get check that they told her was there & it was not ready. So she didn't have the 2.75 to give driver.it was facilities mistake anyway. But that driver LEFT MY SISTER IN HER WHEELCHAIR ON SIDE OF THE STREET, abandoned her over $2.75. INHUMANE. It was 45 min before she could get ahold of me to send money. She was terrified. Alone, in pain & vulnerable. Over $2.75. Unforgivable. 2wks later hospital calls said she has passed away after wyngate called 911 that she was feeling pain & weak. I spoke with her 2nights before & she felt fine. Details of death still being determined.
