Believe the 1 star reviews and complaints. My mom broke her femur, Kennestone got her on a waitlist for Ross in Acworth but at the time of her discharge still no bed so they picked this place. By the time I looked up reviews (also across the web) and called my dad to say NO they were already in route. She had to wear a diaper because she could not walk without assistance. The push button on the beds for the nurse is just a push button, no speaker. She pushed in the evening for a change, her roommate had diarrhea and also pushed. 12 hours later when PT showed up to get her she said "oh I cant today im still waiting on a nurse to change me" Her PT had to go track someone down to help my mom and her roommate get cleaned up. My dad went for a visit and she had been waiting 2hrs for a diaper change. She would not let him go complain because she feared she would be treated worse. Absolutely no one should be sitting 2-12 hours in a soiled diaper. She was there 6 days and never got a bath. When they decided to just check her out the desk staff was shocked at the reasons why. There are way too many complaints on here for staff to act like they have no idea what is going on. Add the fact the place looks like it was built in the 70s and has never been taken care of. Parts of walls missing, sheet rock showing. Her roommate said part of the roof collapsed recently. If you care about your loved one find another place and keep them at home until you do.

It's only a 2star facility, but most of the employees are really nice and kind to the patients. The food is usually not that great, although they do at times surprise with a quite tasty meal. I think they may be understaffed, as patients wait longer than they should have to for cleanup. Probably underpaid, too. I hear they are in the process of hiring new people. Many cannot afford the nicer places, but WNH is clean and everyone I've seen seems content.

Hello, Was not planning on leaving a review ,but as I Read all the negative reviews how to refuse, especially the -ones I thought was a little too harsh. I gave Woodstock nursing and rehab rehabilitation center a four star, simply because ,generally If I may be honest managing a place of this magnitude, it’s near impossible to get a five star. I have no benefits of leaving this review as I am a private sitter for one of the residents, My hope in leaving review is to offset some of the negative previous reviews that was left concerning the facility! I would like to commend The rehab center for the care and efforts in getting residence back on their feet, There is one that stood out to me. His name is Matthew as well as the speech pathologist Shondre they gave exceptional care while above and beyond their responsibilities.Just wanted to give a big shout out to that department in general! I have also noticed management on all levels do their best to provide the best care for residences. This is my experience as I observe them going about their daily task .. While no place is perfect. I see their dedication in enhancing the rehab center and is doing everything in their power to make this place a better one for your loved ones.. Please keep in mind that this place is not there yet. But It is highly on there way in giving the best care! Is there passion to do better and they’re willingness to listen is what I admire!

My sister Karen injured both ankles, in a fall and did her rehab after surgery at Woodstock Center for Nursing and Healing. I visited my sister on several occasions and was very impressed with the facility, the people and the care that she was given. The employees at the front desk were very nice and helpful when entering and got me headed the right direction. The nurses, staff and management were unbelievable, and my sister was very happy with her care, during her stay. Everyone so receptive to me during my visits and it made feel good that my sister was being taken care of, so well. Highly recommend this facility. Carlton M.

I spent 15 weeks at the Woodstock Center after breaking both ankles. The physical therapy is outstanding. Erin and Yulia went above and beyond to provide care and compassion to everyone along with treatment. My room was kept clean. The staff is friendly and encouraging. CNAs like Mas and nurses like Ema took great care of me. And of course their social services director Lisa Crank (my sister) is the best!
