If your loved ones are here PLEASE get them out! The entrance to the living quarters smells like straight urine. My blind grandmother was here and thank God my uncle was able to get her out before their negligence due to being short staffed killed her.

It could be a nice place if they employed true maintenance personnel. It need a good sanitizing cleaning of the whole place. O boy the smell...
If you have a loved one there, visit on a regular basis.
Add on:
Removed parent from this facility due to the
bruises on her body. Management would not provide an incident report. Told many untruth s.
The room was filthy with terrible urine/feces smell. The bedding was not changed when soiled. A lot of her clothing and toiletries was missing, to never being seen again. The radiators in room was filthy, haven't been cleaned in years. Soiled diapers in drawers. Filled Trash bags was kept in her closet. The bathroom shower had no hot water. The management staff/owners reminded me of the Adams family. Very unfriendly and cold with a bully mentality. They wanted your last out of pocket dime, even tho being paid by medicaid.
I would not recommend this place for my pet.
Stay away, if you care.

This review is based on my family’s personal experience with The W Assisted Living, and it has been devastating for us.
During my brother’s stay, we consistently felt that he was not receiving the level of care we were promised. And like others, he also had unexplained bruising. Furthermore, he experienced multiple falls that required medical attention, and in our visits we often found that he did not appear to have the supervision or assistance he needed. We also noticed that he was losing weight, and in our opinion the meals provided seemed inconsistent and sometimes thrown together with whatever was available.
When he first arrived, he had a full set of new clothing. By the time he was transferred to another facility, much of his clothing was missing, and we were never given clear answers about what happened to it.
Each time we visited, we were concerned about the conditions inside the building—the odors, the state of the floors and walls, and what we perceived as a lack of cleanliness. Staffing also appeared to be an issue; on many occasions we had difficulty locating staff members, while residents themselves were the ones helping us open doors or find assistance.
We also had a troubling experience with his medication. Although the hospital had provided medications for him, we were later told that they had not been administered because staff were unsure of where they were. This deeply alarmed us.
When my brother transferred to a different facility and we requested his medical records and care notes from The W, we were told that no documentation was available. This only added to our distress.
Overall, our family feels completely let down after trusting a facility that claimed it would provide quality care. Please check on your loved ones often, no matter where they stay.

This place is not clean and the supervision is very limited. Please do not bring your love one to this place. The courtyard area is not what it looks like. It has weeds growing and the fountain isn't working. The management team needs to step up and provide a better atmosphere for the elders. It's just a sad situation.
