The night time shift at this facility neglected my mother. She had her call light on and could see the help in the hallway ignoring her light. Our mother had to call a family member to get help. They did nothing until her daughter called the facility and told them something had better be done. Turns out she had a heart attack and they let her lay there. Her catheter was tangled the night before and she tried to get help. The person working came in saw she had a catheter and said “you have a catheter just pee” and threw up her hands and walked out of the room. This place needs better night time supervision and management. Is this the kind of care you want for your loved one?

My nearly 101-year old mother has been a long-term resident at Woodland Oaks for nearly 3-years. I am most grateful for the care she's been given. The staff always treats her with kindness, patience, and top notch skill. And the facility is always very clean. The staff keeps my Mom comfortable by patiently assisting her with routines of daily living, such as dressing, feeding and bathing. Her clothes are laundered promptly, and she is always clean and well dressed. I am grateful to have my Mom at this facility since it gives me peace of mind knowing that she is being well taken care of.

My mom has been at Woodland Oaks for 2 months for rehab and care after breaking her arm. The care she has received here is unmatched to any other care facility weve ever been to. From the CNAs, the nursing staff, the Administrator, the Business Development Director, The entire Therapy staff and the Social worker have provided excellent care. There is no way to ever thank this staff enough for their genuine concern for my moms recovery. We appreciate everyone so very much.

My sister has been here for almost a year. She has dementia. From the top administrative staff to maintenance and cleaning crew, these people are so caring and friendly. Nurses, aides, therapy bend over backwards to not only help my sister and other residents, but to help each other. WONDERFUL PEOPLE--WONDERFUL FACILITY. Would recommend to anyone and I do.
