P.S. I didn't mention Daniel. As far as I'm concerned he is the ONLY Person that really cares about his job. The rest do it n that's it. He's very attentive n shows ya what you're taking n why. He doesn't miss a stroke n I take lots of meds n he made SURE I had them all n the nebulizer stuff. I'll miss him. Thank you for a GOOD stay. Also your selection of TV leaves a lot to be desired.i don't understand Spanish.

I came to woodcrest for rehabilitation, I had a great experience I actually enjoyed my stay here. Rehabilitation team help with my walking Vanessa was outstanding! Nidia CNA was so kind to me. Jessica activities came and rescued me a few times from only watching TV. There is a lot of fun I truly enjoyed the variety of activities they have. The cleanliness of the place is outstanding the food was good. I only have good things to say about this place. Thank you! You have an outstanding group here !!!!

Very pleased with the care from my caseworker Andrea CNAs Sheree and Jade, Nurse Steve and to the Physical Therapy team especially "G". I was under the care of Woodcrest for 14 days and the individuals mentioned above made my stay a good experience. I would highly recommend this facility. When you have individuals show you they care and they listen and display compassion. There are other individuals not mentioned that contributed to the quality of care I received. From my experience it's a definite "thumbs up".

Not organized and professional at all!! We got a call from Gloria saying they had a bed for my father.<br><br>Because my dad was released from the hospital, she wanted my dad to go back to ER and have be seen again (which takes about 3-5hrs) be discharged and tell Them to send my dad to the woodcrest facility why.. cause its easier paper work on them.. smh.. and then had the nerve to call us and say we gave the bed away smh.. shame on you Gloria!! You did nothing but waste our time!!

My mother concluded her rehab there for a couple of weeks. The place was clean, and the nursing staff was very warm. I'd like to especially highlight the physical therapy team, Sheila, Julie, Janet and the entire dream team of PT's. Thank You Woodcrest.
