Our Mom has been living at Woodbridge place Sr Living for the last year & a half. She (& us) have been so happy with everything at Woodbridge! The experienced staff (low turnover) is incredibly warm & has become like extended family to my Mom. there isn’t enough room to name all the wonderful staff, but I will name some here that have been incredible good to my Mom (& us):
-David Ingrassia -activities director- he Is incredibly upbeat with a huge heart; He keeps the place totally cheerful daily with lots of fun things to do! (And he makes sure to involve everyone)
-Stephanie-Admissions Director & Lindsay/billing- are both awesome with communication and on boarding /acclimating residents and continues to be involved with everything
-Sherry & Phylis-front desk & They keep everyone organized, and go out of their way to help everyone! (Along w/ all the front desk staff!)
-Claudia -is one of the chefs who works incredibly hard & even comes out to get to know my Mom & the other resident’s needs!
-all the caregivers are amazing!! They are all good to my Mom on a daily basis (too many to name)
-Kudos to the director for having great staff & all the
above!
We can’t say enough great things about Woodbridge! My mom is so at home @ Woodbridge. The activities director, David is top notch! Front desk ladies Sherry and Phyllis look out for mom too and are always super helpful! Even the sous chef Claudia is so accommodating and friendly. We are at peace knowing mom is in a safe and fun environment.

My father moved into Woodbridge Place about a month ago. He is 86 years old. It has been great for him so far.

My father had been staying at another assisted living facility since last October. We needed to move him quickly; due to a life-threatening health crisis and hospital stay which resulted in a need for additional care which the prior facility (through no fault of their own) could not provide. The prior facility was also about 2 1/2 hours away, out of state and too far from any immediate family. Woodbridge Place worked with us for weeks to assist with the transition, including coordinating directly with the prior facility. He is now in a much better situation, five minutes away from family and we are all much better off.

I would highly recommend Woodbridge Place to anyone looking for care for an elderly relative, or anyone else in need of assisted living.

Woodbridge Place Senior Living unfortunately is subpar to many of the other facilities of the same nature. It’s run down, needing upgrades and in some corners dirty. There is poor security with the ability for anyone to come/go, the desk staff being distracted and not attentive. We constantly battled with the staff regarding medication management, given the wrong medication and not given in a timely manner. Extremely poor dining room food and service with little to no servers and long wait times to be served the food. Poor response from senior leadership, requesting executive contacts many times, as well as board member contacts, which were never given. If you do decide to move a love one into this facility know that you need to stay on top of everything, they do not freely update you on anything. The on boarding was fast, getting us in the door, it felt very rushed and they didn’t take the time to go over the paperwork, it was “thrown” at us. I didn’t feel they took the time to truly make us feel welcomed. The departure was the only thing that was handled properly, and where we were shown some compassion.
I would consider other facilities before settling on Woodbridge Place. They have a convenient location and that’s about all they have going for them.
