The place is dirty, cleaning lady just pushes debris around with her mop and uses a rag in the bathroom for literally a few seconds and done. There are ants ruining around from where the heater is. Drew is lucky I wasn't there with my wife he thought he could intimidate and bully my wife by kicking and throwing things around. They made my wife wait and wait for her meds she practically had to chase and beg for her medications My wife gave them a chance but after a few days she told them she was leaving. The administrators came to her room with high pressure sales pitch as if they were trying to sell her a used car. On the day she left we waited over and hour for pain meds and waited 4hrs for the discharge paperwork, Well I had enough and stepped in got them to give her meds right away and got discharged in less than 10 mins. Horrible place. What kills me my wife was going be there temporarily for 2 weeks and I can't stop thinking about the people on the other side that are there for long term care. I was accused of being disrespectful by Mikail pointing out how bad they were treating my wife, funny thing was the disrespect came from there own staff. Mikail lied and told my wife if she left early her insurance would stop her coverage for her care, that was an outright lie hence high pressure used car sales pitch. Oh almost forgot one night I tried to stay over but the uncomfortable chair hurt my back so on the way out I thought it was weird all the lights were dim and as I approached the nurses station the nurse had her feet propped up covered in a blanket dead ass asleep, she didn't even move as I passed by. As I opened the door to leave I turned and looked back and the nurse was still out. To bad I don't remember the female nurse name cause I sure would put her on blast. Ryan was excellent at his job and so was the oriental CNA her name is hard to pronounce Chi something what a sweetheart.

Wood Aven there is nothing you could do or say, the impression you left us is irreversible. You had your chance and you all blew it. Your staff gets paid to work not sleep.

They mixed up my uncle’s A1c and hemoglobin numbers. Then prescribed off of them. His hemoglobin number was a 12.1 somehow got transposed into a 12.1 A1c.
They prescribed metformin as they assumed he was diabetic.. Because I asked about the trend and what the numbers were previously they looked and realized the mistake. He already has stage three chronic kidney disease and taking metformin when you don’t need it causes serious kidney issues. The mistake was not the worst part. Not checking the trend was the Grosse negligence part.
