This place was old and disgusting, the nurses would move urine jugs filled with urine next to dinner tray, we got a bill for something that never happened we wanted to dispute and we keep getting letters after calling 4 times to say we won’t pay, they keep saying their taking care of it yet we keep getting threating letters

All i have to say is BELIEVE the BAD reviews ! The bad outweighs the good here, thats for sure. Reading all the negative reviews, i dont even have to explain the situation. Seems to me, everybody pretty much has experienced it. (I must add in, there are a hand full of them, that actually show concern. Not many. God bless those that have a heart❤️

Horrible place for your loved one. Social service person in charge was very nasty. We tried to check my wife out when realized the condition she was put into.I was told if we left the police would be called and medical benefits canceled. Now they are billing us $1350 2months after her discharge without any notification of money owed and we waited half a day to sign discharge paper work. Nothing was said of any outstanding money owed .

Rm. 109A. Restroom not ADA compliant. Commodes too low & handrails not in reach or too high. They much of gotten a deal on rice, having it frequently. This evening my dinner tray was delivered without anything to drink, and I had not drinking water. Breakfast best meal so far. OT & PT folk’s & facility very impressive. Len Bell

This facility is a terrible place and I would not recommend anyone place their loved one here. I had a family member placed here in 2017 and she was neglected to the point of hospitalization. I had another family member placed here in June of 2025 and their condition declined rapidly, to the point of returning to the hospital, within 2 weeks. The floor staff is rude and unprofessional. The administration is also unprofessional and often unwilling to accept questions or offer assistance. The facility is always dirty and the smell is awful even upon entering the front waiting area. This facility needs to be closed or investigated to be brought up to acceptable standards. Watch your loved ones closely and visit every day if you must place them here.
