They seem not to care about the people who are there, they don't bath them or pay attention to their needs. Take the laundry and don't bring it back to the ones they took it from. Light on and don't show up for quite some time 😕. Rehab is too many in there at the same time and don't spend time with each person like they should.

My husband was admitted into Windsor Woods Feb 6, 2026 due to a stroke affecting his motorskills on his left side, which is his dominant. All the therapists have been aggressive and caring to meet my husband and my goal to get him home by May 1st. The therapist team works well together along with the director. They are skilled and knowledgeable. The medical staff which include nurses, doctors, and CNAs have been thorough regarding his health and well being. Everyone at Windsor Woods including administrative are kind and willing to assist and help in so many ways. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to family and friends.

My aunt was a patient recovering from a fractured femur. The most important aspect of her care was physical therapy. Kate, head of the PT department, made sure she received the continuous therapy needed to get her back on her feet and able to return home. It was a long haul and required time and patience. Kate made sure both were provided. We thank her and her staff for the dedication to achieve her goal. Thank you.

14 months ago my husband came to Windsor Woods in really bad shape. He couldn’t get out of bed on his own or even turn side to side or walk a few steps. But the great Rehab and Therapy staff didn’t give up on him. The motivation they gave him was unbelievable. He now walks with a walker. The Nursing staff and the aids were wonderful. They made sure he got his two cups of coffee each morning just the way he liked it. The activity Director did a fantastic job with the residents. I myself made many friends through the year. I plan on visiting them time to time. Now I have to say the front staff went over and beyond their expectations. I would highly recommend Windsor Woods. I just want to say thank you for the care you gave my husband!
