Great nursing home facilities have great leaders. Nursing department led by Cruz Leal, DON has extraordinary success due the constant diligence of assuring that quality care is provided for each and every resident in that building. La Paloma Nursing center is a hidden gem in San Diego, Texas and every hospital, Home health agency, and citizens of all surrounding areas have to spread the word. I assure you, you won't be<br>disappointed! There is no greater gift than having spiritual leaders🙏
