I cannot recommend this place highly enough! From the moment I walk in staff are compassionate, and professional. The nurses are top-notch, always going above and beyond to ensure comfort and well-being. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained and has a welcoming atmosphere. Communication with family members is excellent, always well-informed about loved one's care.

Facility is clean odor free residents look happy and treated with great respect. The nursing staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you to Lydia Cadena for helping us with Medicaid application. My mother is happy and getting stronger After her hospitalization. Thank you To DON Cruz and Betty ADON And Amanda Stone for the care you all provide to your residents.

My sister Deena Garza was sent to Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of San Diego in September of 2024. She was extremely happy with the facility and staff. I was there several times and was very impressed. As her family, we worried about her being alone without us, but that very quickly became a blessing! The staff was very professional and experienced at caring for loved ones. Even Deena’s doctors praised how quickly and how well her wounds were healing due to the wonderful attention and skills the staff provided her. They treated her like family! The facility was immaculate! The staff were always involving the patients in games or fun activities when I was there too! I would HIGHLY recommend this beautiful center to all of my friends and family for their loved ones, for rehab or long stay care. Thank you Windsor N&RC of San Diego from the bottom of my heart for the care and love you gave to my sister…. I trusted them and knew Deena was safe!!!! You guys are the BEST♥️♥️

On May 4th my husband was admitted here at Windsor Nursing Home for short term stay to administer intravenous medications.Everyone here has been very kind and professional and we have felt very comfortable during our stay. The food is excellent. They have different activities to keep the residents entertained.They have excellent therapists that work every day with the patients. My husband’s strength has improved a lot. The speech therapist is excellent as well—very patient and compassionate. Overall, we had a great experience here and will come again if we need to.The building and rooms are clean and halls are beautifully decorated with colorful pictures. Again , we had a great experience.
