I go to school with one of the staff members, Concha Campa, and I over heard her speaking about a resident with dementia. She described the patients condition and even said the name. The one thing that sickens me is that she pulled out her phone and showed a video of the resident who was confused. Windsor needs a better staff!!!!!!

Carpets are in desperate need of cleaning!Staff should not walk down the hall spraying air freshner until it chokes you !!
