No words for this place. My mother could not fend for herself, she spent her last days surrounded by many staff members that seemed to take pleasure in contributing to her growing anxiety and paranoia. She was grossly mistreated at this facility, silenced and treated like she did not matter. Many of her belongings were stolen. She was allowed to get bed sores and lay in filth, all of which has been documented. There is a male nurse here that will absolutely mistreat and verbally abuse your family members if you allow them to stay here, why? Because he's not reprimanded or faced with any serious repercussions for his actions. My mother was afraid of him. Absolutely vile place that does not deserve your money, or praise.

My Mother is a resident. I would like to personally thank a few CNAs that brighten her stay and I have had contact with concerning my Mother namely Chris , Cheyenne, Aspen and Tori. Tori has since moved on to college but, she was so very good to my Mom. Very caring. Example of what a CNA should be . Also a special Thank You to Nurse Brenda and Amber who has also moved on from Wind River Rehab and Wellness. We are currently having a laundry issue but, working on it. Please acknowledge these employees. Words of appreciation are always a boost at a job. I would love to continue doing reviews. Our elder are such an important part of our lives and their wellbeing is critical.
