My husband has Parkinsons and had spinal surgery. We live in Wilton and chose Wilton Meadows. He was there for 3 to 4 weeks. The care was extraordinary. Shout out to nurses Tracy and Danielle and PT folks Hilary and Sabrina. The place was clean, plenty of activities and a delightful dining room for socialization when desired. All medical needs were met. Staff was so very pleasant. The food was fine however they had a room service menu that work

After taking my mom to a place close to my home thinking that would be the best solution for not only my mom but for me after she fell and broke her hip, I soon realized upon entering that Facility that it was not the place for her. I immediately called Wilton Meadows, To find out if they had a bed for herand was directed to speak to Samantha who was very kind and patient And reassured me that she would help me in anyway I ended up taking my mom from that place and bringing her to Wilton Meadows and I don’t regret it for one second The place is cheerful and clean. The staff are all friendly. They treated my mother delicately because of her age, but they also showed her a lot of respect and it just Wonderful experience from our Morning Nurse Alani to the nighttime nurse Tracy I felt like my mother was being well taken care of and we had others that were part of that experience as well Marie Susie nut everybody calls her. Susie, she was the sweetest with not only my mom, but with my family. then there was Hope who was so sweet as well and then Racquel and I can just go on and on and on. My moms Social Worker Terry was lovely to work with Gail, sweet and attentive all around a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them and the very talented OT and PT department. It was bittersweet leaving, but it was good while it lasted. Thank you again everyone I will Meadows keep up the good work.

My experience with Wilton Meadows was a really reassuring one. It’s not easy trusting others with the care of my mother, but the staff here made that process feel much more comfortable. The therapists are fantastic—they’re not only skilled, but also patient and encouraging. They take the time to explain things and work at a pace that feels right, which makes a big difference in my mom's recovery and confidence. The nursing team deserves a lot of credit as well. They’re attentive, compassionate, and always seem to be on top of things. You never feel like you have to chase someone down for help—they’re present and genuinely invested in the patients’ well-being. Something that stood out to me is how many people behind the scenes help keep everything running smoothly. The aides are incredibly hands-on and supportive, the front desk staff is welcoming and organized, and the housekeeping and dietary teams help create a clean, comfortable environment. It really feels like everyone is doing their part and working together. Overall, Wilton Meadows felt like a place where people truly care. That kind of environment is hard to find, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for quality care and a supportive team.

Over the last few years, due to a variety of health related issues, my father has had to spend time in & out of nursing & rehabilitation care facilities in the Fairfield County area. Our family's experience during his stay at Wilton Meadows was second to none. The staff could not have been more kind, caring, attentive and professional. They ALWAYS treated my father with dignity. We always found him clean and comfortable. Long term or short term care, hands down Wilton Meadows is our first choice. We highly recommend Wilton Meadows Nursing & Rehabilitation.
