I’m really surprised to see all of the 5 stars. I would NEVER. I only gave 1 star because there was 1 or 2 kind people working there. When my dad first got there his room smelled like cigarette smoke. It was so strong. I was then told he was right at the window where they smoked. Then why is his window wide open? My dad had a stoke and his right side is very weak. I was told that he would have PT and speech therapy while there, I didn’t know he was just there to lay in the bed and waste away. One day me and my daughter came and he was soaking wet with urine. We were so upset. Apparently that was the norm. End result my dad was admitted back to the hospital with sepsis, a bad infection and UTI. When I came back to the facility to get his belongings his room smelled so bad like ammonia and urine. I opened the closet to get his clothes everything was soaking wet. I had to dispose of all of his clothes. When he is ready to go back to rehab he will NEVER go back to this facility. My dad could have passed away. Oh not to mention the rude lady at the front desk. I feel sorry for anyone that has loved one’s at this place. When you know better you do better. All i can do is pray for all that we left there because by the grace of God my dad survived.

So far I’ve none of the service or professionalism I have a family member there right now and I am appalled at the service. I will be going there today and may well be removing my relative to a safer place where they actually follow safety guidelines and standard protocols In additiont nothing was tailored to the pay’toent and he was ignored often. A patient who cannot speak was left to a call button and a phone to call for help……. When he did the staff did not respond. I called only to find out there was no supervisor on duty for a major issue. I actually heard a nurse yell and ask who was in charge……. SERIOUSLY When bring his meds we were told to bring his. Then we were told not to after we already brought it and said he can’t take his other meds……. 2 days without his meds now at least….. also not good for giving conflicting info to the family.this is very unorganized…. It could be a misunderstanding so I’m gonna find out this am but so far, one star Depending on the result of meeting with whoever is in chargei may change this review but this is where it stands right now Photos and videos to follow

I just wanted to leave a review about Danielle the mixed girl with the curly hair. I so I want to make sure the right one gets recognized. She honestly went out of her way to help my bf family. She was already doing something when I asked for help, but she still stopped to get what my grandma needed when no one else was helping. She didn’t make it seem like a bother or say it wasn’t her job like some people there do. She also went and got my mom some juice from the kitchen and even walked to another unit just to find a blanket for her. That really meant a lot because we were trying to get help for a while. danielle has a really great personality. She was smiling, talking with me, and just treating me like a normal person instead of brushing me off. It didn’t feel robotic or forced, it felt genuine. She even went and got the nurse for my mother in law needed help. When I asked someone who she was, they told me she might be in management. If that’s true, I can definitely see why. Based on how she handled everything and how she treats people, I would absolutely recommend this place Staff like her make a huge difference, and she really deserves recognition for going above and beyond.

A Dangerous Environment of Neglect and Filth I am writing this to warn any family considering this facility: Do not bring your loved ones here. My father is currently a resident, and the level of neglect is heartbreaking. Because he cannot move his left side, he is entirely dependent on the staff, yet they treat him—and other patients—with total indifference. Critical Issues: Unsanitary Conditions: The cleanliness is non-existent. To test the housekeeping, I purposely left items on the floor; they remained there for weeks. The facility is physically "nasty," which is a major health hazard. Lack of Specialized Care: There is zero individuality in care. Every patient is fed the exact same meal regardless of preference or specific dietary needs. There are no options, and the food quality is poor. Severe Neglect: I have waited over an hour for a call light to be answered, forced to go to the nursing station myself. For a patient who is paralyzed on one side, being left helpless like this is dangerous. Hostile Staff: Aside from the two kind women at the front desk, the staff is mean, disrespectful, and dishonest. I am frequently met with nasty looks and lies regarding my father's care. Shortages: They consistently run out of basic necessities like straws and other essential patient supplies. It saddens me daily that I put my father in this position. I am working as fast as possible to move him to a place that treats human beings with dignity. Please, save your family the heartache and stay away. A Dangerous Environment of Neglect and Filth
