Our family had a very disappointing experience with this rehabilitation center. We trusted them to provide safe and attentive care for our mother-in-law, but we left feeling that her concerns were not taken seriously. One of the most upsetting issues was the lack of timely assistance. Whenever she used the call button, it routinely took 20 to 30 minutes for someone to respond. On multiple occasions, she was even told that staff couldn't get to her right then, leaving her waiting when she needed help. Another incident that was especially concerning occurred when she was taken outside in her wheelchair and left there. She was told that staff could not come back to get her, leaving her feeling abandoned and without the assistance she needed. There was also an alarming incident involving her diabetes. On one occasion, she was taken to dialysis before breakfast was served. She was not given breakfast before leaving, nor was she provided a lunch to take with her. As a result, she went the entire day without eating despite being a diabetic patient. We found this extremely concerning given the importance of proper nutrition and blood sugar management for diabetic patients. She also repeatedly voiced concerns about a medical condition while she was a patient, but she was told it was "probably nothing." She was discharged on Friday, June 12, but by Tuesday, June 16, she had to be readmitted to the hospital because of the very medical issue she had expressed concern about during her stay. Based on our experience, we felt that her care lacked the attention, compassion, and responsiveness that every patient deserves. We hope this facility takes patient concerns more seriously, improves its response times, and ensures that patients receive the basic care and dignity they deserve so that other families do not have to experience what ours did.

Spent 12 days at this so-called Rehab Center( which it is NOT), short staffed who complain constantly, cold food daily,no clean towels/washcloths( how do you operate a facility with NO clean laundry?),meds not given at correct time, Dr orders not followed, personal hygiene is constantly late,11a--12noon,to get bath, aides & nurses unable to set up post- op equipment, broken bed, broken wheelchairs, call button broke, maintenance done after midnight, loud noise, loud music,on weekends,I was completely disgusted with the management of this facility, request to meet with Administrator / DON went unnoticed,I agree with Aides, complaints are ignored, even when they come from a patient! State & Federal investigation needed ASAP! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!

My stay at Wilson Pines Rehab from 2/23/26–3/27/26 was a very positive experience. The staff was caring, attentive, and professional throughout my rehabilitation journey. The nurses and CNAs worked hard to make sure my needs were met, and the therapy team encouraged me every step of the way toward recovery. I truly appreciated the kindness, patience, and support shown during my stay. The facility was clean, and I felt comfortable and cared for while there. Thank you to everyone at Wilson Pines for helping me regain my strength and confidence before returning home.

I love this place my mom has been there almost two years and the experience is great. The staff is great and friendly. I have volunteered with bingo, arts and crafts, and the fall carnival. I’m sort of an employee there lol!!! Thank you Wilson Pines for the care that my mother is receiving.
