The guy in dinning G i think his name is i over heard him talking about how he wants his coworkers to sit on his face and said to a staff member if they are not in skimpy clothes i dont wanna see these pics it was one of the most unprofessional things i heard. The staff looks over worked and like they need a break.

Review of The Willows Assisted Living – Bremerton, WA I normally try to give people the benefit of the doubt, especially in healthcare settings, but I feel compelled to share my experience. The staff at The Willows, particularly the ladies behind the front counter, were unexpectedly rude and dismissive. Their tone and attitude came across as impatient and unwelcoming, which is especially disappointing in a place that’s supposed to provide compassionate care and support to seniors. First impressions matter, and when you're entrusting a loved one to a facility, professionalism and kindness should be a top priority. Unfortunately, what I witnessed was a lack of basic courtesy and warmth — something no family or resident should have to tolerate. Communication felt rushed, and any questions were met with irritation rather than helpfulness. Assisted living should be about dignity, respect, and empathy. I sincerely hope management takes a closer look at how their staff interacts with families and residents, because right now, it’s far from what people deserve when choosing a home for their loved ones.

I thought the apartment was nice enough, but everything else was horrible. My dad lived there for 6 months. The manager of the facility was horrible! This was April of 2020. COVID restrictions. My dad was finally taken by ambulance on a Friday morning around 10:00. He died at the hospital that evening around 8:20 from Septic shock. The manager was rude during this whole process. She said she noticed his cognition had declined. She thought he had a UTI. And she didn’t notify anyone?! Then to add insult to injury, everything had to be out in a few days. She told my brother that if more than two people came to retrieve his furniture/belongings she would call police. She was more than horrible. Not really much of a human being at all.

MY 86yr old father enjoys being one of a few hansom men in a sea of elegant women at The Lodge. They take pets, also.

Staff problems, yes maybe but good employees are hard to get nowdays. Bit reasonably priced and standard accommodations. Not a bad place to stay.
