Recently took a tour of facility. The facility was beautiful, from the grounds to the actual resident rooms. Everyone we encountered was very friendly, even the residents were joyful and interacting with one another. We were so impressed with the staff and facility that we have decided to make my mother a resident of Willowbend next month!!

Willowbend has become my extended family. I can’t say enough good things about each and every one of them! My husband has been there almost three years. Anytime I have a concern, they listen and make it better. They truly care about Rod and the other residents. I am there a lot and have witnessed so much compassion and over the top caring for the residents. Jennifer and Betty run an amazing organization with a tight ship and love. Wish I could name all 112 plus staff❤️ All of Rods visitors comment how clean and nice. Besides wonderful bedside caring staff, they have the Best housekeeping, food, laundry and activities. Can’t leave out, Kevin- the amazing one man maintenance giant! I am blessed and thankful for Willowbend. Brenda Alexander, RN
