My gmom was there recently and she was never bathed and comb hair the day my husband pick her up. The nurse or cna was rude and told my husband that my gmom could hear. Very unprofessional u all need to close down. You all dont care about the elderly its about money.

This place deserves 0 stars. The front staff is incompetent and can NOT take care of proper business when it comes to discharging patients. They have dropped the ball on making sure that when a person is discharged that they have the proper equipment and paperwork when they leave the facility. If you love your family member or members, DO NOT place them in a nursing home of any kind. It's a complete death trap.

If you care about your love one do not put them here and if you have someone at this place please just come spend a day with them and see how they do things you will be upset because they do not care.

This place was a great facility in 2017 but something has happened since then and the service and care has dropped off a cliff. The staff and administrator's will lie about what they are supposedly doing unless you make routine visits to corroborate. They will try to gaslight you into believing that subpar care is normal and practical. If you have a loved one here more that likely they are just rotting away in a bed, being changed whenever the limited staff gets around to it. Make arrangements today to move your loved one elsewhere. If you are looking for a facility avoid this one at all cost. I was unable to post this comment unless I gave at least one star. So I reluctantly did.
