Can’t give zero stars. Walk in it smells like urine and feces. Room was dirty. Human waste in the toilet. Small smelly rooms. Shared toilet facilities in each room. Nasty nasty nasty.

The only thing allowing 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the nursing staff. The person/people who answer the phone are completely unhelpful and incredibly rude whenever asking basic questions and will just talk over you. My favorite was when they couldn't locate mom after she was in there for over a month.<br><br>If you need updates on loved ones because youre out of state, save yourself some headaches and just get their nurses direct line when doing intake. The nurses are great to speak to and always are so helpful whenever I called.

I don't have anyone in this place. Im a delivery driver. When you walk in the smell of urine smacks you in the face. If you walk down the halls it actually burns your eyes. Some staff are ok people but most treat me like a nothing so I'm sure the residents get treated the same. Its Shameful.

The staff is friendly and hardworking. I loved their lightheartedness and sense of humor. I've enjoyed my time here. The rehab staff is exceptional! I recommend this facility.
