Terribly disappointing experience at Willow Park skilled nursing center. My mom had a brief 6 day stay and we saw the dr only one time for about 10 minutes the day she arrived. I was assured, by Dr. Hermance, that either he or his PA make rounds M,T,TH&F. After waiting all day M and T with a no show dr, I left several messages with staff for Dr Hermance to call me, as i had specific questions. He did not call. After some complications on day 6, the administration got Dr. Hermance on the phone. It was then he directed her to ER, where we received devastating news. So much pain and anguish could have been avoided had the Dr. simply done his job. Cannot and will not recommend Willow Park or it's affiliates. Had to select 1 star in order to post, but I don't offer even that.

If you can’t visit your family member all the time and need to speak to someone on the phone about your loved one, forget it. They will keep you on hold forever where you have to call back and still you can’t get a hold of the person you need to talk to. Plus, don’t expect a return call if you leave a message. Everything you hear about the run down facility is true. The only positive was the caring CNAs we were lucky enough to have. They definitely need a raise. However, I would never recommend this place.

This place is much better than its reputation!!!! Do not believe the negative rumors!!!! Majority of the staff are very caring and if something takes time it's because they are very busy or short staffed!! My Dad is there and at first we we were concerned about the facility. Yes, it is old and concrete and needs work but it's clean and the practice good hygiene practices!!! Willow Park is so much better than the the nicer looking place my Dad was before!!!!!!

My visit was fine. I do wish there had been a note on the door about so much Covid before I went in. The nurses were very nice and the LPn Alice, was very helpful for my brother-in-law. I was disappointed with all the trash on his floor in his room…paper, bread, cups, etc

Everything about this facility is wretched and horrible!! The building itself lacks any kind of cleanliness and sanitation. The smell from the moment the main door is open is repulsive! During the week my poor grandmother was there we saw other patients walking around quite often with urine and feces running down their legs and all over their clothes. One little lady in particular was in that horrible condition every time my mother and I were there. Quite often staff would walk by this lady and make horrible comments about how this lady smelled and how disgusting her clothes were, and laugh at her. Yet no one seemed to do anything about it! The foul language that was used by staff was repulsive!!!! The one employee who used this disgusting, belittling, and very unprofessional language the most turned out to be the administrator! I only brought my 4yr old daughter up there twice with me. I did not want her hearing this extreme foul language. I feel so horrible that we put my grandmother in this place!! But hopefully others that are needing placement for a loved one will read this and save their loved one from this horrible place and it’s employees.
