Our family had a deeply troubling experience with this nursing facility regarding the care of my mother. We repeatedly raised concerns about changes in her condition and signs that she was not receiving enough oxygen, but we believe those warning signs were not addressed with the urgency they required. She remained in distress for more than eight hours before being sent to the hospital. My mother was hospitalized for several weeks and experienced cardiac arrest. She now has significant medical needs and has been transferred to another facility many miles away from our family. This has caused tremendous emotional distress, travel difficulties, and hardship for everyone involved. Before this incident, my mother could speak and advocate for herself. She is now unable to communicate as she once did, and our family is left questioning whether faster intervention could have prevented some of the harm she experienced. Families trust nursing facilities to monitor residents carefully, respond promptly to medical emergencies, and take concerns seriously. Based on our experience, we do not feel that happened for my mother. We are devastated by the outcome and believe this situation deserves a full investigation and accountability.

My experience was wonderful. The nurse's and the aids that were part of my care were exceptionally very kind and caring. I was very scared when I got here but the nurse's soon made me feel very relaxed.I had Therapy everyday while I was here and again they were exceptionally kind and made sure that I got the proper therapy that I needed. I know nursing homes and rehabs often get bad reviews but iny experience I can honestly honestly say that the 2 weeks I've been here has been very pleasure able wonderful.

Amanda is an outstanding CNA who truly goes above and beyond for her residents. She is kind, patient, and genuinely compassionate in everything she does. It’s clear she cares deeply about the comfort, dignity, and well-being of those she takes care of. She always takes the time to listen, treats residents like family, and brings a positive attitude every day. Having someone like Amanda makes such a difference in a nursing home, and it is truly appreciated. Thank you, Amanda, for all that you do!
