Wildflower Lodge

Wildflower Lodge is an assisted living and memory care community in La Grande, Oregon, situated in the scenic Grande Ronde Valley surrounded by the Blue and Elkhorn Mountains. The community offers 43 assisted living apartments and 30 memory care apartments, each with personalized support tailored to residents' unique needs, with 24/7 care available.

Care emphasizes compassion, dignity, and person-centered approaches, including validation therapy and personalized Life Story development for memory care residents. Staff focus on supporting residents' strengths, goals, and passions through individualized Growth and Wellness Plans.

Life enrichment programming includes music, art, gardening, outings, exercise, and social opportunities. Signature programs include the Tiny Stories™ Project, which preserves residents' personal narratives, and Circle of Friends™ gatherings that foster meaningful connections through conversation, creative expression, and cognitive exercises.
