It's a disgusting dump and the staff are lazy. Somebody close to me who was very disabled at the time gor infected bed sores because they wouldn't reposition her and would leave her lying in feces for hours. We had to intervene and get her out of there. Do not send your loved ones here!

I had a double hip replacement within 120 days of each other. I was able to pick my own PT place. Mountain View was AWESOME! The director met with me and we made a schedule that worked for me! My PT Dulcie was great! I went 3 years in extreme pain barely walking and I am only 47! They helped me feel like a NEW PERSON! I have my life back. Thank you PT!

Mountain View is one of the nastiest places I’ve ever visited, there’s so much drama. Cna s are not even washing there hands after changing people the cna’s also take 20 minutes to get to change someone and everyone was on there phone watching the lights go off, when I first walked in I was greeted with the nicest people, but once you see behind the scenes it’s awful all of upper management is just a bunch of women trying to cover there buts because they cut around regulations, and I over heard some staff call some of the upper management the “mean girls” witch I don’t think that’s right if your staff is saying that. I swear every time I walked down 300 hall I saw a select few ladies smoking out side the door. I highly recommend you don’t take you parents or grandparents here.

What a caring crew of awesome people. I felt that my brother was in excellent hands. He didn't have a complaint except for the access to NFL playoffs, which makes me giggle every time, and the small food portions, but he was on a strict diet to lose weight!! Thank you. The only improvement I can think of is the equipment/furniture in the rooms are dated. Warmly, Ruth

Place is very outdated. The staff does the best with what they have. The rehab center is amazing. The nursing staff is doing the best they can with the staff they have. My mom was treated well after she got to know the nurses. They are trying to make the facility better. I think in time they will reach their goal.
