I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Loyal care staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Our caregiver was absolutely fabulous and was such a blessing during a difficult and stressful time. I would definitely use them again in the future!

Loyal Care is everything that one wants when hiring care persons for a loved one! They bend over backwards to fit the care person to the client and always hits it on the nose. Every request we throw at them is filled with the most perfect fit for my husband, who loves to play cards. Even unscheduled short notice requests are met. My husband has had 2 to 3 days care a week for nearly a year without any problems and they are willing to cover changes in plans with ease. They are always pleasant and helpful when we talk on the phone. Those office ladies are a treasure as well as their caregivers. We highly recommend them!

Loyal Care worked with us when we found ourselves in a pinch to provide respite care for my dad’s live-in caregiver. M*** was outstanding in every way…compassionate, caring, professional and punctual. His experience in dementia caregiving was an excellent source of information for us and my dad’s live-in. Loyal was clear in their communications, easy to work with and very timely in any correspondence. We have since moved my dad to a care facility but will be ever grateful for their service.

Our family has used Loyal Care's services for over two years to care for our elderly parents with dementia. They have been a complete blessing to us, and have truly become like family. Loyal Care helped my grandmother in her final months. Their amazing staff cared for her as her health declined. We could not have done it without their amazing caregivers. Thanks to Loyal Cares loving, trustworthy staff we were able to keep my grandmother in her own home up until the very end. I don't know where Loyal Care found such great employees, or how they vet their hires, but everyone of the caregivers who helped us in her final year was kind, honest, and thoughtful. We could not have been happier, or more grateful, for Loyal Care's assistance.
