I’ve had the pleasure of spending quite a bit of time at White River Memory Care & Assisted Living and working alongside some of their wonderful team members.<br><br>The building is beautifully remodeled, warm, and inviting, but what really stands out is the heart behind it. The staff I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside are caring, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about the residents they serve.<br><br>There’s something special about walking into a community and immediately feeling that warmth.

My mom transitioned to memory care from an Assisted Living Facility. It was an incredibly difficult transition that unfortunately my mom did not bounce back from. However, the care at White River that the staff gave for my mom and I was absolutely unmatched. They did not give up on my mom, even in her darkest moments. They continued to give her love, affection and care. I wish my mom had been able to start her assisted living journey here as the transition probably would have been much smoother but I'm so grateful from the director, to the incredible event manager Juanita, to all the techs and nurses. For taking my late night calls, for trying to figure out solutions. I highly recommend White River for your loved one. Thank you so much White River Staff.

I cannot say enough good things about WRAL! The facility is terrific, the food is good, with fun activities, and an enthusiastic, caring staff. All the caregivers are so compassionate and friendly, they become like a part of the family. If you are looking for a place for a loved one who needs extra care, or memory care, this is your place. My mom enjoyed her time here, and our family was very happy with how well she was cared for.

My Dad is a resident and appears to be happy here. He has dementia and struggles at times, but his caregivers are helpful, compassionate and do their best to divert his attention in a positive way. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and they offer lots of activities to entertain the residents, as well as provide things to do that are fun, easy and fulfilling. The cost is more than reasonable and helps us as a family to know that he is safe and well cared for. Thank you, all of you who work here! You are appreciated...

I can’t say enough good things!! The staff here is AMAZING! All interactions have been so kind and loving. I feel so safe knowing my loved one is surrounded by people who have gone above and beyond to create a culture of importance, and belonging for their residents!
