I moved to white pines after my brain surgery , and I felt so comfortable and nice here , I appreciate all the staff here I always feel so safe here, I love Maria she is always very helpful , and gavi is always helping me organize and walking with me to meals , Chenoa is always so good at checking up on me and coming right away when I need help, I love the meals here they are very good, and they treat you just like family I love living here!

We’ve been here for one month, and are really glad we found it. We really like our apartment. The food is great, and the kitchen manager and assistants are too. But the truly best part is how wonderful every single staff person is. They’re kind, warm, and helpful. They’re quick to respond when you need them, and it’s inspiring to see how they treat people who need the most care. Plus, they’re fun and funny. The nurse is excellent. The manager is always ready to help with requests. And since the staff sets this tone, everyone who in lives here is welcoming and friendly too.

From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the compassion, patience, and genuine love the staff have for every resident. They don’t just provide care—they treat each resident like family, with dignity, respect, and kindness every single day.<br><br>A very special thank you to Team Lead Michaela. Her leadership is inspiring, and it shows in the way the entire team works together. She is compassionate, understanding, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure both residents and their families feel supported. Knowing someone like Michaela is leading the team brings so much peace of mind.<br><br>The caregivers are absolutely incredible. They show endless patience, gentle hearts, and unwavering dedication. They take the time to comfort residents, celebrate the little moments, and make each person feel seen, valued, and loved. The med passers are equally amazing, always making sure medications are given safely and on time while treating every resident with kindness and respect.<br><br>It takes truly special people to work in memory care, and this team is exactly that. They have made such a meaningful difference in the lives of so many families. I am beyond grateful for the love, compassion, and exceptional care they provide every day. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be cared for as if they were family, I cannot recommend this facility enough.

My Mom has been extremely happy at White Pine, and I as well am happy to see her in a good place that really cares and takes care of her!<br><br>The staff is wonderful, she loves them, and her accommodations are great!
