I stopped this morning for an early visit for my childhood babysitter. I brought in coffee and treats to enjoy while visiting with her. To my surprise, they offered ME coffee and treats upon arrival! The staff that greeted me- Carrie, Nolan, Kaylee, Loralie, Avery, and Maddy were all so kind and welcoming. They were all enjoying breakfast with the residents and seemed so happy to be there. After visiting with my old friend, it was even more apparent how amazing the atmosphere and staff were in this home. She told me they care about her like family, not just a resident passing through. They check in on her on a deeper level than just making sure she is "okay". I am so deeply gracious that she is receiving the heartfelt care that she once was able to give me. I do plan to come back and visit more often! See you soon, Gardens!!

The Gardens is a truly wonderful place. The staff is warm, welcoming, and treats everyone with genuine kindness and respect. The community is clean, comfortable, and has such a friendly atmosphere. I had a great experience visiting an old friend, enjoyed some evening bingo and karaoke.

I visited an old friend recently and man was this place different. The building was so full of life, the residents, the staff, the whole nine. The friend I was visiting is happier than I have seen her in years- she has faced many hardships and has now found a place that sheds so much happiness and care to their people. I can’t wait to continue visiting and seeing more of what her home has to offer!

My mother has Alzheimer's disease, and placing her in memory care was one of the hardest decisions our family has ever made. From the moment she arrived the staff have gone above and beyond to make her feel safe, at home, and valued. Two caregivers specifically Kerry & Nolan have been taking extra efforts to make sure she is happy and comfortable which we couldn't be more thankful for. Their patience, kindness, and genuine compassion are truly remarkable. They take the time to get to know each resident as an individual, and it shows in every interaction. My mom can become confused and anxious at times, but the staff always treat her with dignity, respect, and understanding. Seeing the comfort and trust my mother has developed gives our family tremendous peace of mind. The dedication, professionalism, and warm personalities from the staff at The Gardens have made a meaningful difference in my mother's quality of life. We are incredibly grateful for everything. Thank you The Gardens for your outstanding work and compassionate hearts! ❤️

My mom recently became a resident at The Gardens and we are so happy with the experience. She moved from memory care out of state to be near family and I can say that we are very impressed with the quality of care and superb environment she shares with residents and staff. Mom has made a point of devouring meals since she arrived - that was definitely an issue at her previous home - and she has been welcomed in to the community by everyone. The staff are skilled and professional, our intake was simple, and the whole experience has been five star. We are so happy to have found The Gardens at River Falls. Highly recommended!
