they hardly ever had anyone to take care of my mother on the weekend that her regular care giver was off. And they always had a different reason why no one showed up. I gave them more than enough chances to correct the problem and it was never corrected. They can never keep help. So I went else where. My mothers life is very important. I would not recommend this place to any one.

Save yourself stress and do not trust this company with your love ones. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I call when there is not an aide at my mother's scheduled time and I bounce from person to person without getting any answers to what is truly going on. I have been promised call backs but never received them. I have been promised a new aide and once again never received one. I would not recommend this place at all. Brandie told me she is the assistant manager so I began to contact her but she lies to me just to get off of the phone and does not care about my mother doing without. She told me once she was too busy to help me so I gave up and switched companies.

In the beginning, service was so-so. Soon the home assistance aides (there were three or four attempts) would just surf Facebook or sleep. Then the aides simply wouldn't show up..no warning, no contact..they just stopped coming. The Dyersburg office was contacted and they were not even aware their aide stopped showing up. They promised to have a replacement following three different telephone conversations but after a month we simply gave up and stopped contacting them. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL service I have ever seen. Luckily, nothing happened to my mother while they were supposed to be there. I would strongly recommend that you avoid these people at all costs. The office staff, schedulers and aides should all be serving Big Macs and fries instead of assisting the elderly.
