Dyersburg Health and Rehab greet their visitors, patients and families with also a greeting and a smile. Their nursing and therapy staff work with the patient and family to have a plan of care to allow the patient to reach his/her goal. The facility also has a secured memory care unit to care for those loved ones that are living with dementia. A great facility
