Executive Director Marsha Rufener is a life-long Kansas resident with a strong passion for serving seniors and their families. A graduate of Lindsborg’s Bethany College with a degree in Psychology, Marsha has an extensive background in the senior living industry and has been with Senior Star since 2003. In her free time, she enjoys camping, boating, and playing with her dogs.
