If you love your person do not send them here. Nurses and staff are ignorant and rude. They do not care! They will let you lay in your own filth for hours and not follow protocol. Asking them anything they act like you offended them. If I could give negative stars I would!

I really liked this rehab center, they have done more for me then any other rehabs I've been in. They made me to want to do therapy even when I was having bad days. They have been the only one's that have been able to get me walking some with a walker. But I think I was released yo soon , but it was not there falt it was insurance that cut me and insurance apparently did not say anything to Westminster and they cut me off and 2 weeks later refund out about this and now we owe Westminster $5,200.00 dollars and my husband has tried talking to the insurance company but they don't want to talk to you about it. So I think we may talking to our lawyer about it and to get to the bottom of things and to find out the truth and who's really at fault. But I'm being transported back there today from hospital due to 2 fall's I've had. And yes there are a couple of bad apples there but that will be wherenever

This place will never get any better.<br>My mother is constantly treated poorly by some of the staff. It don’t matter how many times you report to the higher ups… they just don’t care!<br>They leave her in wet and dirty diapers for hours at a time.<br>They are rough with her and lots of witnesses to that!<br>I was on her iPad one day on speaker and they did not know. When I heard what the worker was saying to my mother I spoke up then the tone changed!<br>The patients there are so scared to talk because of the retaliation they will receive.<br>Someone stole her money and they promised to get her a key for the drawer she has there but have not done so!<br>(((God sees all and know all!!! HE IS NOT PLEASED)))<br>They claimed to reimburse her the money but in fact did not until after I asked. Well, that is one good thing I suppose.<br>When she was being admitted there back last year.. they told me they would help her spend down her money on a burial plot or a wheel chair… guess what? You guess it. They did not help her and when confronted acted like I was in the wrong. They said they never said it and in fact they did! I guess that woman lined her pockets with some of that $7K!<br>Someone stole my mother’s phone and I have yet to be reimbursed $300. That’s right $300… all the money they pull in for the people living there and being rehabilitated there they could pay the money so I can get that phone deleted off my bill that I am still paying for.<br>Now that is two devices I am paying for… for my mother!<br>I am so upset at the lies about “oh we will take care of it”.<br>Smh at them.<br>I would not have given one star at all but you have to give at least one star to leave a review. Run 🏃♂️ do not send your loved ones here.
