This is the worst place I've ever seen short staffed if you need help you may get to you if you're lucky maybe 1 hour if they think they can run a facility with no help they're mistaken and your medicine will you never know when you get it or even if they bring it I would rate this place -10 if I could

If I could I would put 0 stars! This place is horrible in many ways. They will run their staff so short and no one from the office will come out to help. There are times for this 4 winged, 65 bed faucility there will be 2 medication aides and 2 CNAs and only 1 nurse for the whole building. They don't care that the medication aide has to pass for 25-30 residents and that you will be late on passing your meds. That is not safe staffing at all! The management is also very fake and unwilling to help with anything. I even had the ADON tell me they are only there for a paycheck. The management and staff are not the friendliest in town. I would be checking out other places to send your loved one before you send them here.
