With a history of providing over 30 years of services to area seniors in Western Cincinnati, Western Hills Retirement Village offers a full continuum of care. We recently completed a full building renovation! This floor to ceiling renovation has completely transformed our entire building. New upgrades in our Independent Living apartments include: new carpeting, hardwood flooring, new granite counter tops in the kitchen, lighting, bathroom tile and fresh paint. Beautiful enhancements were done to the dining room, lobby and all common spaces. Our rehab patients will now enjoy all private rooms as our renovation increased those from seven to 20.

Independent Plus Apartments

Our Independent Plus apartments offer a pleasant and comfortable alternative lifestyle for those who need assistance with the daily activities of life, yet do not require 24-hour care. You can reside in a spacious one- bedroom apartment and receive the help you need to maintain your independence, and the best news is its all included in your monthly rent.

•    Personal care services such as bathing, dressing and medication reminders are available for those who do not require 24-hour assistance

Alzheimer's Care

Our memory impairment area, known as Shelter Point, is a self-contained unit that provides for all stages of dementia and Alzheimer's disease. Recognizing that the traditional nursing home setting is not well suited for the Alzheimer?s and/or dementia resident, we developed a warm, home-like area to enhance the quality of life.

For our community members that need a little more assistance with every day functions, our assisted living programs are the very best in the area. Our assisted living programs offer a pleasant and comfortable alternative lifestyle for those who need assistance with the daily activities of life, yet do not require care 24-hours a day care. Our comfortable and spacious one bedroom and studio apartments are tailored for your needs. Each apartment is fully carpeted, with a full private bath, nurse call system, large closets, kitchen cabinets, complete with sink and refrigerator.

Some services and amenities you'll receive in assisted living include: Personal Care Services (such as bathing, dressing and grooming), emergency call system, and three delicious meals a day in our dining room, medication monitoring and on-site nursing available 24 hours a day.
