Here’s a warm review you could post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful time at the Family Fun Night! It was so thoughtful of the Westbury Center Of McDonough to bring families and the community together. The free food was delicious, and there were plenty of fun activities to keep the kids entertained. It was heartwarming to see the residents, staff, and families all enjoying time together. Everyone was welcoming, organized, and kind. Thank you for creating such a special event—we truly appreciate all the effort that went into making it a memorable evening for everyone. We look forward to the next one!

Overall, I have been pleased with the care my father has received at this facility. The nursing home is clean and well-maintained, and the staff members (Ms. Dora/Ms. Bapties, spelling may be off) are pleasant, respectful, and caring. I appreciate the communication they provide regarding my father's care, especially since I live in Ohio and am unable to be there regularly. Their willingness to keep me informed gives me peace of mind. The care my father receives has been good, and I feel that his needs are being met. My only concern was the speed of his discharge process, which felt rushed and could have been handled with more preparation and communication. Despite that concern, my overall experience has been positive, and I am grateful for the staff's dedication and the attention they provide to my father.

The entire staff and nurses have been great. They take great care of my husband. Even when he's not being nice. They're very understanding for there patients who need memory care.

When we met our care team the first day and some of the admin, my husband and I already felt the compassion they have for their patients. I may mess up some of the names and their spelling so I apologize now. The Concierge, Ms. Jackson, very approachable, I know I can rely on her when we need something to be done or may have some concern. The wound care nurses we met the first day, Nurse Marie and Mayjine were very caring and knowledgeable. OT Madeline and PT Valerie who assessed the care/therapy needed by my husband who had a stroke were very insightful. I am very thankful for his nurses, especially Nurse Precious on day shift, who is very helpful and an advocate for her patients and 2 other nurses on mid shift, Nurse Jihan and I forgot the name of the other nurse. His CNA Jamila, Simone and Alexis, I know my husband is in good hands, if they are on duty. Very caring with their patient. And his therapy team, Andrew the director of rehab, and his PT Hyacinth and the rest of the PTs who alternate on taking care of my husband are phenomenal. Andrew is just as excited as we are on my husband's development/progress. His Speech Therapist Cheslea and the SP she's training right now are very knowledgeable too. The whole PT, OT and SP team are very caring to their patients. And you can feel the passion they have for their job on the way they take good care of their patients.

Visited a friend today, I was surprised how clean the hall ways were and how friendly the employees were. The nice lady at the front desk offered to help us and she was so kind. We had a wonderful visit and our friend seems very happy at this location in McDonough Ga.
